These are the terms for using Retainly. Installing the app or signing in means you accept them. They are short on purpose.
What Retainly is
Retainly reads business results from the sub-accounts your agency manages and turns them into three things: one view across all of your clients, a white-label monthly report and an alarm when a client account's results decay. It is free while in beta. If that changes you will be told before anything is charged.
Your side
You confirm you are entitled to connect the agency account and sub-accounts you install Retainly on and that your agreements with your clients allow their business data to be processed this way.
Reports go out under your agency's name. You review a report before you send it and you are responsible for what you send to your clients.
Accuracy
Every figure is computed from your connected account's own data and I work to keep the numbers right. Still, verify a figure against your CRM before relying on it for a business decision and treat an alarm as an early signal, not a verdict.
Availability
Retainly is beta software run by one person. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind and without an uptime guarantee.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Retainly's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. During the free beta that is zero.
Ending things
Uninstall Retainly from your agency account at any time and reading stops. Email support@coldops.io to have stored data deleted, as described in the privacy policy. I may suspend an account that abuses the service, other tenants or the platform API.
Changes
These terms may change as the product grows. Material changes will be emailed to your sign-in address before they take effect.
